Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has declared the incumbent All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to be “dead parties” that had failed the country for years.
